What is Spiritual Coaching?

Spiritual Coaching helps you to lead from within—aligning your inner wisdom and values with how you show up in the world.  You are the sculptor of your own leadership path.  Using inquiry and tools for transformation, I will help you discover the inner wisdom, clarity, and strength to lead yourself and others with authenticity, courage and purpose.

Spiritual Direction is about being—with presence, listening, and deepening connection to the Divine. Spiritual Coaching is about becoming—supporting action, growth, and aligned leadership. Both hold space for transformation. One leans into stillness, the other into movement.

How is it different from Spiritual Direction?

What To Expect

We begin with a complimentary 20-minute call to connect and discuss your goals. If it feels like a fit, we move into self-paced video call sessions that support your own rhythm and intentions, building toward self-defined goals through gentle, compassionate guidance.

Payment & Scheduling

You can view my availability and book sessions directly here on the site. You're welcome to schedule one at a time or book multiple sessions in advance. Payment is safe and online. I offer a sliding scale to meet different needs: supported rates for those who need subsidized care, standard rates at the service value, and pay-it-forward rates to help others. I believe spiritual care should be accessible to all, and you’ll receive the same support at any level—paying more simply helps others access this work.
