What is the WE-I Profile?

The WE-I Profile offers insight into how you show up in relationships—with yourself, others, and the larger whole. It helps you understand your relational strengths and blind spots so you can lead from a place of deeper self-awareness, authenticity, and spiritual alignment.

How does the WE-I Profile work? What does it measure?

This profile measures your internal experience—not your behavior—in the moment, under stress, and in relationship. It’s not about who you are when you’re alone or reflecting afterward. It reveals the patterns of thinking, feeling, and wanting shaped by relationships early in life and carried forward into today.

Payment & Scheduling

The WE-I Profile includes your assessment plus a two-hour debrief session for $300. This covers the cost of the instrument and several hours of review.

Once you purchase the WE-I Profile, you will receive a link to take it online. After completing the profile, you may schedule your debrief session. Please select a date at least five days after completing the profile to allow time for thoughtful review.

Unlike other services, this offering is not on a sliding scale, due to the fixed cost of the assessment itself.
